| Healing Touch with Scott - approx 50 min, $60 Reiki with Debra - approx 50 min, $60 Both Reiki and Healing Touch are gentle, nurturing forms of "energy medicine". The session is performed on a massage table with hands gentle placed on various points on the body. As hands are placed on you, you may feel heat, or you may feel the energy as a soft warmth, almost like a gentle stream of water. In areas of heavy energy flow, the sensation may become hot. Feelings of "static charge", tingling/buzzing or humming have also been used to describe what one might feel during a session. As you lie with your eyes closed, you might also see dreamlike images or colors pass through your "mind's eye". Your body might feel weightless, or very heavy. The sensations are not limited to what has been listed, but in any case, you can expect very deep, meditative relaxation. The warmth and other sensations of energy flowing from the hands bring you to a state of balance and meditative healing as you relax, release and expand. |

| Shaman's Death with Debra - approx 60 -90 min, $75 Shaman's Death is a ceremonial healing performed on a massage table. The recipient's body is brought to a state of quiet and the physical and emotional bodies are given a voice and the opportunity to heal. Each season represent a direction and an opportunity to heal different issues in rhythm with each season. North - connecting with your visions/dreams East - rebirth through emotional healing South - releasing the warrior (anger issues) West - facing shadows / releasing addictions, burdens |
